To “hang up,” close the slider or press the Power/End

Tip: You can make a call with the slider closed. Select
a contact, then press the Send key (

) to call the
number, or press the Send key (

list, then select the number you want to call and
press the Send key (

) again.
To make a call outside the U.S.A., press and hold

until you see +. Then, press number keys to dial
the country code and phone number, and press the
Send key (
N
).
To make an international call, press and hold

to
insert your local international access code, indicated
by + (see page 52 to set up your preferred
international call prefix). Then, press number keys to
dial the country code and phone number.
answer a call
When your phone rings and/or vibrates, just open the
slider or press the Send key (
N
) to answer.
To “hang up,” press the Power/End key (
O
).
store a phone number
You can store a phone number in Contacts:

Use the keypad to enter a phone number in the
main screen and press the left soft
key (
-
) (Save).

Select Create New Contact by pressing the center
select key (

) (OK).

Use the navigation key (

) to scroll to a type of
entry and press the center select key (

) (OK).

Use the keypad to enter a name and other details
for the phone number and press the center select

) (Save) to store the number.
