Changing Your Phone’s Settings
Adjusting the Earpiece Volume
To adjust the earpiece volume while you are in a call:

Place a call from a quiet environment.

Press up or down to set the volume to a comfortable level.

Sounds

Smart Sound.

Select one of the following options:

Enabled
adjusts the volume automatically. The volume you
have just set is used as a baseline. You can manually adjust the
volume during a call.
