Menu levels 0 and 1
Menu level 00 to 0F is the default start-up setting after power is applied or after a reset.
Menu Level 10 through 1F is flagged in the LCD by an left-arrow indicator in the upper left
corner of the LCD.

To change from menu 00 to menu 10:
1. Set the rotary switch to 0.
2. Press and hold the BLUE (–) button.
