Make sure that your camera is connected to your computer with the USB cable. Double-click the “Webcam 
Express” icon that is on your desktop to launch the “PhoTags WebCam Express” program. 
 

 

 
Select the “Playback” tab and double click on a video

 

in the “Media list” window. The video will appear in the 

“Main Window” in the actual size. To play the video, use the video controls. 

 
When the USB Cable is connected to the PC the Camera can operate in one of two modes. 
Mode 1- Transfer photos to the PC 
Mode 2- A Web Cam that can be used for video Chat and Video Conferencing on the Internet 
 
 
NOTE: THE USB CABLE MUST BE DISCONNECTED TO SET THE MODE 1 & MODE 2 
 
 
To put the Camera into Mode 1-  Transfer Photos; 

1.   Press POWER/MENU 

 .  

2.   Press FLASH/SET or 

. 

3.   Repeatedly press POWER/MENU to select the icon  

shown on the LCD.
