Reference letters shown in the following instructions 
refer to Typical Installation diagram, page 7. Part num-
bers refer to the Parts pages beginning on page 15.

1.

Stop pump at the middle of its stroke.

2.

Relieve pressure, page 11.

3.

Disconnect the air line (M).

4.

Use a 10 mm socket wrench to remove the old pilot 
valve (20).

5.

Lubricate o-rings and install the new pilot valve (20). 
Torque to 95-105 in-lb (11-12 N.m).
