Installation considerations:

For best results, this valve should be installed by a licensed professional plumber.
Large pressure differences between the hot and cold supplies should be balanced for

proper operation of the valve.
Before beginning the installation, read the instructions thoroughly. Inspect the product,

and be sure that all parts are present and in good condition.

Rough valve 06624000 does not include service stops. If stops are required by lo-

cal plumbing code, order the stops separately (item #06900003) or use rough valve

06628000.
This ThermoBalance III rough valve is for use in a three-function shower

only. All outlets must be plumbed. Do not plug any outlet.
If a two-function shower with a shared function is desired, follow the

special piping instructions on page 5.
The ThermoBalance III rough requires a ThermoBalance III trim kit. Do not attempt to use

any other trim kit.
Do not attempt to use this valve with a diverter tub spout.
