Personal bookmarks are stored
under each authenticated users’
profile so that the next time a
user views the conference they
will be able to use them to
navigate to the bookmarked areas.



To create your own Bookmark,

click on the

Add Bookmark

button.

To access your own
bookmarks for a
conference, click the

Bookmarks

tab at the

top.
Click on any of your
bookmarks and the
video will begin playing
from this point and the
corresponding slide in
the presentation will be
displayed.

Index Features

About Index and Bookmarks

The Content Viewer contains
two types of indexes – Index and
Bookmarks.
The Index is available for all users
viewing the presentation and
the Bookmarks are each user’s
individual indexes.
The items in the index can only
be changed by an editor of the
conference.

at that reference
point and display the

Use the Progress Bar to move to the position at which

the bookmark should be inserted, or wait until this
position has been reached when watching the video.
