Select the functions to be used with the user code from “Available Func-
tions”.

Note

❒ The functions that can selected are as follows.

• [Copier], [Facsimile TX], [Printer], [Document Server], [Scanner]

❒ Select “Yes” for each function of the user code. ⇒ P.47 “User Code Manage-

ment”

Press [Enter Name], then enter the name for the user code.

❒ For details on how to enter the name for the user code, see “Entering text”

⇒ P.66 “Entering Text”.

❒ This can be used to attach the user name to documents in the document

server. You do not need to enter a user code for this.
