Press the Reports button on the control panel to display the list of reporting options 

available:

Press the Configuration button.

At the prompt, press Yes to print the report or press No to cancel the operation and 

return to the Reports screen.

Press the Information button to display the information report and listing options.

Select required report or list:
- File List
- Demo  Page
- Error Log
- Scan  to  Log
- MFP  Usage  Report
- Network Info.

MFP Usage Report only: use the on-screen arrows or the keypad to specify the 

number of copies required.

At the prompt, press Yes to print the report/list or press No to cancel the operation 

and return to the list of information reports.

Press the FAX button to display the fax report and listing options.

Select required report or list:
- Speed  Dial  List
- Group  List
