Machine status and advanced setup

You can set a person performing deletion of the public boxes in User Box.

Press Machine Setup on the control panel.

Press Admin Setting. When the login message pops up, then enter 

password and press OK.

Press the Setup tab > Document Box Management.

You can set whether to use or not to use each features that standard 

workflow provides.

Press the Setup tab > Standard Workflow Management.

You can print a report on the machine's configuration or font list, etcetera.

Press Admin Setting. When the login message pops up, then enter 

password and press OK.

Press the Print/Report tab.

If you set this option to Administrators only, only 

the administrator can delete the publicly stored 

boxes in User Box, because the machine will asks 

the password of administrator.

To create and execute a workform including the 

auto redirection feature, enable this option.

To create and execute a workform including the 

approval feature, enable this option.

To add a completion report in your workform, 

enable this option.

To add a completion notification in your workform, 

enable this option.

To create and execute a workform including the 

fax feature, enable this option.

You can print Network 
Configuration

, PS3 Font List, 

 and Schedule 

. Schedule Jobs 

 shows the job list in 

pending, in delayed faxing or the 

Mailbox list as well.

You can print the amount of each 

category that your machine has 

printed so far.

It displays user login IDs and 

emails.

You can print the report on the 

amount of printouts depending on 

the paper size and type.

Prints the report of printing out 

count for each login user.

Prints the remained amount of
