1.

Start  TCP/IP Configuration located in the T CP/IP folder.

2.

Select the Autostart tab.

3.

Tick the box labelled "Enable this machine to start the INETD super
server".

4.

Tick the box labelled "Enable others to access your files by using
TFTP". Also tick the "INETD" push-button.

5.

Shutdown your  “TCP/IP Configuration” and check that the new
settings have been saved.

6. 

Restart the INETD.
