MENUS AND SETTINGS > 46

This key is used to change settings for the next copying job. Press the 
Job Options key to advance through the items, and the 

▲/▼ keys to 

change their settings. Pressing 

Select is not required, since these 

values are not saved.

The default values for each item are those chosen in the Menu key 
table above. Values changed with this key will revert to their default 
settings after about 3 minutes of inactivity.

Press 

All Clear to reset all temporary settings back to their user 

default values (those defined using the 

Menu key) immediately.

Press and hold 

All Clear to reset all settings back to their factory 

defaults.

Media

Plain Paper, Ultra Heavy, 
Transparency

Selects the type of media to be 
printed on.

Duplex

Off, ShortEg, LongEg

Selects single-sided (Off) or 
double-sided copying (from 
single-sided originals). 

Input Tray

Auto, MP

Selects the printer feed tray.

Output

Prt/F-Dn, Prt/F-Up, Fin/F-Up, 
Fin/F-Dn

Selects output stacking tray if the 
printer supports this feature.

Collate

On, Off

Fit to A3

Off, On

Adjusts magnification to fit A3 
paper if printer supports this 
size.

Punch

Off, Top Edge, Left Edge

Selects output hole punching if 
the printer supports this feature.

Staple

Off, On

Selects output stapling if the 
printer supports this feature.
