Display the command alias information.

Syntax

show alias [<name>]

Options

Display all command alias information.

<name>

Display the information about the specified command alias name.

Use Mode

Operation mode (user class/admin class)
Configuration mode (admin class)

Explanation

Display command alias information.

Caution

This command is an operation command; however, it can be displayed as the 
configuration, where "candidate-config" and "running-config" are displayed with the same 
values.

Clear the command alias information.

clear alias [<name>]

Options

Delete all command alias information.

<name>

Delete the information of the specified command alias name.

Use Mode

Operation mode (user class/admin class)
Configuration mode (admin class)

Explanation

Delete command alias information.

Caution

This command is an operation command, but it can be deleted with the 

 

command in the configuration mode.
