Timer operations are shown. 

When MTMCR.MTE=1, the main timer counts up by the main clock (MCLK). If the timer overflows by the 

period which is selected by MTMCR.MTS[3:0], MTMCR.MTIF is "1".   

While STMCR.STE=1, the sub timer counts up by the sub clock (SBCLK). If the timer overflows by the 

period which is selected by STMCR.STS[2:0], STMCR.STIF is "1".
