You can configure Any-to-EtherChannel over MPLS (Routed) interworking on the Cisco ASR 1000 
Series Routers.

Any-to-EtherChannel over MPLS (Routed) interworking supports the following modes:

ATM-to-EtherChannel

Ethernet-to-EtherChannel

PPP-to-EtherChannel
