recipe table (RCP5~RCP19) and recipe write addresses (1@D100~1@D108). In addition, create
three registers, Recipe Group Designation Register (RCPG), Recipe Number Designation Register
(RCPNO), Recipe Write (1@D5=2) Register and Recipe Read (1@D5=4) Register by using Numeric
