After finishing all above procedures, your PC will get the IP address 192.168.1.201 

when you send a DHCP request. 

 

 

 

 

ISP may want to filter some kinds of packets. IES-1248 provides “Packet Filter” 

function to filter some specific packets, like IP, ARP, DHCP, EAPoL, PPPoE, 

NETBIOS and IGMP. 

 

 

 

 

 

Here, we will set up an environment to block NETBIOS protocol packets.   

 

Click Advanced Application, Filter in the navigation panel to display configuration 

screen as shown. You will see the Packet Filter setup page.
