Remove the roll paper from the printer.

 

4) 

Remove the ribbon cassette. 

5) 

Move the head carriage to the reverse direction of paper jammed by 1st gear                              

     reduction as shown illustration. 

 

6)

Replace the head cover and secure it with screw.

 

8) 

Replace the ribbon cassette and roll paper, then close the printer cover.
