4. On the
Job Options
tab.
a. Under
Job Type
select
Store to HDD
, enter the number of
required copies and, if required, check the
Collate
box.
b. Enter a job name of up to 16 characters under J
ob Name
Setting
and, if required, select
Request Job Name for each
print job
..
5. Type a four digit personal ID number from 0000 to 7777, then
click
OK
..
6. Click
OK
to close the Properties dialog box.
7. Print the document. It will be stored on the hard disk.
8. The document can then be printed or deleted using the
procedures given below.
