1.  Turn the printer off and remove all cords from the printer. 

2.  If you have a 6020e pocket print server installed, remove it as well. 

3.  Open Tray 1 and remove any print media. 

 

 

 

4.  Close Tray 1. 

 

 

 

5.  Remove any print media from the Multi-Purpose Tray.
