•  Paper source = Multi-Purpose Tray 
•  Paper Type = Medium Heavy to Ultra Heavy 
•  Paper size check = OFF.

1.  Open the document in the application. 

2.  Load the thick paper print side up in the Multi-Purpose Tray.
