Using the Calendar

The calendar feature enables you to use the Polycom Touch Control to view a 

list of scheduled meetings and to join those meetings.
Depending on how your system administrator has configured your system, 

this feature may not be available. For information about how your system is 

configured, contact your system administrator.

To use the calendar:

From the Home screen, touch 

 Calendar.

The Calendar screen appears displaying a list of scheduled meetings.
