Customers assume title for Instant Capacity hardware at time of purchase. HP Instant Capacity hardware is a small percentage of
the active component purchase price, as shown below in Table 6.3.5.1. The "Right to Use" the hardware, which allows activation of
the component, is the remaining percentage of the active component purchase price at time of activation, not at the time of original
purchase of the iCAP hardware.
