Compaq Deskpro 1000 Series of Personal Computers

  1.  Perform preparation procedures (Section 5.4).

  2.  Remove the system unit cover (Section 5.5).

  3.  Remove the screw securing the expansion board to the chassis.

  4.  Pull the board out of the slot.

To replace a board, reverse the previous procedure.
