With the Switch Management screen displayed, choose to setup the 

 

, then select the SETUP button.

 

The Switch Port Setup screen is displayed as shown in 

 

 

 

 

Port Setup screen

 

The screen shows the following:

 

 

 This read-only field shows the ID of the port you have chosen 

 

to setup.

 

 

 This read-only field shows the media type of the link 

 

connected to the port.

 

 

 This read-only field shows the speed of the link.

 

 

 

 

 For twisted pair and fiber ports only, 

 

this read-only field shows the state of the link:

■

 

 — The port is operating normally.

■

 

 — The link has been lost.

 

 

 

 

 This option allows you to enable/disable the 

 

port. To prevent unauthorized access, we recommend that you disable 

 

any unused ports.
