Listing On Going Conference Participants in the Status Pane
You can view the detailed status information of the participants in an On
Going Conference.

To display participant information in the Status pane:
1.
Expand the MCU tree to list its options.

Expand the On Going Conferences tree to view the list of currently
running conferences.

In the On Going Conferences list, click the icon of the conference whose
participants you want to view in the Status pane.

adjust the columns order to suit your monitoring priorities.
