Getting Started

To navigate menus and calls, as well as information that displays on more than 

one screen, use the tips in the following table.

Registered line 
(for SIP mode)
or
Connected line 
(for PSTN mode)

The phone can place and receive calls.

Registered, 
shared line
(SIP mode only)

The phone, which shares a number with another 
phone or phones, can place and receive calls.

Ringing

The phone is ringing.

Unregistered line 
(for SIP mode)
or
Unconnected line 
(for PSTN mode)

The phone is unable to place and receive calls.

Message
(SIP mode only)

You have a new voicemail or instant message.

Note

After 20 seconds of inactivity, the idle screen automatically displays, unless you’ve 
selected a field to update.

Enter the main menu

Press .

Exit the main menu and return 
to the idle screen

Press .

Return to the previous menu
