Pressure Relief Procedure
Relieve A and B Fluid Pressure
1.
Engage trigger lock.

Press .

If fluid heaters are used, shut them off using the
controls on the heater control box.

Remove spray tip and clean.
6.
Disengage trigger lock.
7.
Hold a metal part of the gun firmly to a grounded

Engage trigger lock.
Relieve Pump Fluid Pressure
9.
Close mix manifold valves (AH, AJ), then open sol-
vent flush valve (AK) on mix manifold.

10. Open solvent pump air control (CB). Use lowest
pressure needed to flush material out of hose.
Follow Pressure Relief Procedure when you stop
spraying or dispensing; and before cleaning, check-
ing, servicing, or transporting equipment.
