INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
    
 CONDENSER FAN MOTOR ASS’Y REPLACEMENT KIT 
(P/N 569000321 and 569000322)  
on
 UN 750 PRE–MIX DISPENSER
Read and understand these instructions thoroughly before installing this kit. Retain these instructions as part of
your equipment manual.
NOTE: Only qualified personnel should install this Kit.

WARNING: To avoid possible fatal electrical shock or serious injury to Installer, make sure
Dispenser is disconnected from power source before attempting to install this kit.
1. Disconnect electrical power from the Unit.
2. Remove screw securing back and right side grills on the Dispenser, then remove grills.
3. Disconnect condenser fan motor assembly power cord connector from the Dispenser wiring harness con-
nector.
4. Remove four screws securing the condenser fan motor assembly to the refrigeration deck. Remove old 
condenser fan motor assembly from the Dispenser.
5. Remove bolt securing the condenser fan blade to the old condenser fan motor shaft, then remove the fan
blade. Discard the old condenser fan motor assembly.
6. Install the condenser fan on the new CONDENSER FAN MOTOR ASS’Y (item 1) shaft and secure with
screw and washer provided with the new condenser fan motor assembly.
7. Install the new condenser fan motor assembly on the Dispenser and secure with four screws.
8. Connect new condenser fan motor assembly power cord connector to mating electrical connector on the
Dispenser wiring harness where the old condenser fan motor assembly was disconnected in step 3.
