3 Operation
3.9 Shutdown
• Switch the dispensing station off.
• Disconnect from power and compressed air supply.
• Disconnect tubing set.
• Unscrew pressure lines from meter-mix dispense gun.
• Clean meter-mix dispense gun – see Section 5.6.
• Disassemble the pump, remove stator – see Section 5.3.
• Clean pump – see Section 5.2.
• Store dispensing station as specified in Section 8.3.
• Disconnect from power and compressed air supply.
• Disconnect tubing set.

• Clean meter-mix dispense gun – see Section 5.6.

• Clean pump – see Section 5.2.
• Store dispensing station as specified in Section 8.3.

Return to Operation
• Qualified service staff is required to check and confirm that the dispensing station
is in a safe operating condition – see Section 2.4.2.
• Make sure that the pumps are free of product residues.
• Assemble cleaned or new tubing set.
• Assemble cleaned meter-mix dispense gun.
• Connect to power and compressed air supply.
• Follow instructions in Section 3.3.4 to prime and calibrate the dispensing station.
• Assemble cleaned or new tubing set.
• Assemble cleaned meter-mix dispense gun.
• Connect to power and compressed air supply.
• Follow instructions in Section 3.3.4 to prime and calibrate the dispensing station.
