6. Set Up the Menu Assembly.

From the inside of the door, remove the two screws as indicated, and remove the
end cap as shown.

Loosen the remaining 10 screws as indicated 1/2 turn. Do not loosen the screws
any more than necessary to avoid stripping out the menu frame.

Remove the menu board. If it is still held too tightly, repeat step 2.
4.
Set up the menu board as desired and reinstall it in the reverse order of
disassembly.
REMOVE THE MENU BOARD
