3. Water does not enter toilet 
bowl, but toilet flushes.

“Add Water” switch position.

a. Clear blockage in water line or 
filter screen at water valve inlet.
b. Check wiring between water 
valve and circuit board pins 15 
and 16.
c. Replace if necessary.
d. Replace circuit board. 
a. Check for loose or defective 
wiring between flush switch 
and circuit board pins 1 and 4.
b. Replace if necessary.
a. Replace water valve.
