Customize IVR Information
The RealPresence Capture Server system provides IVR (Interactive Voice Response) service. After the call

To customize the IVR information:
1 Go to Configuration > Customization.
2 Select the IVR information to be played and corresponding language option.
3 Click Upload.

The audio file to be uploaded must be in PCM format, and the sampling frequency must be 16KHz,
16bit, and mono.
4 Click Add, select the audio file and click Open.
5 Click OK.
