If you need to remove the griddle for cleaning or maintenance, you 

need to replace it as shown below.
The griddle is positioned at a slight incline to allow grease to run off 

to the drain.

The grill lid is attached to the unit by two hinges on each side. Each 

hinge has a detachable hinge pin that removes easily when pulled 

out.

Always keep the grill 

lid up while burners 

are  lit.  Never  put 

the  lid  down  when 

using the grill. This 

will cause the lid to 

warp and discolor.
