If you are using an optional PowerEdge Expandable RAID Controller for the internal

You must assign the same drive letters to the shared hard-disk drives in Windows NT
Server, Enterprise Edition running on each node. The drive letters must be identical
across all nodes to ensure that the nodes have the same view of the file system. To
check the drive letters for the shared storage subsystem, run the Windows NT Disk
Administrator utility on one node to find the drive letters for the shared hard-disk
drives and compare the drive letters with those reported by the Windows NT Disk
Administrator utility on the other node.

You can confirm that the correct Service Pack is running by observing the system
