Purpose
Sets the form length by lines.
Where:
n = 1 through 127 to specify the number of lines per form at the
current line spacing. 0 <

The current line becomes the first line of the form. The forms
length units are always defined in inches; therefore,
subsequent line spacing changes do not affect the result of this
