“Out-of-band“-Management for PRIMERGY Server

For a server, the “out-of-band” state means a serious degradation of software or hardware, preventing regular working.
For this system state, RemoteView is more than just “first aid”. Whenever operating system, or the application of the
monitored server have failed or are not accessible due to power failure or hardware issues, RemoteView tools will help
to restore the server.

Within the PRIMERGY ServerView Suite, RemoteView tools take care of “Out-of-Band” Management. This tool set
comprises the RemoteView software CD, Baseboard Management Controller (BMC), Remote Service Board (RSB S2
LP) or integrated Remote Management Controller (iRMC).

RemoteView Benefits:
