Basic Troubleshooting Guide

Supply missing RFID tag. Verify compatible supply has 

been loaded, if supply is correct 
select enter to bypass the error 
and the printer will load primary 
ribbon settings for Hassle Free 
mode.

Printer is configured to 
send error messages to 
the server but the IP 
address of the recipient 
can not be found.

• Check that the IP address is 

correct and if the recipient is 
available.
or

• Go to the 

 menu 

and turn 

 off, then recycle 

power to the printer.

Ribbon does not match 
Primary ribbon 
compatibility selection.

Install recommended ribbon or if 
supply loaded is secondary option 
select enter to bypass the error 
and the Printer will load Primary 
Ribbon settings for Hassle Free 
mode. 

Labels missing on the 
label material.

Replace label material or press 
the pause key to continue 
printing.

Out of transfer ribbon.

Insert new transfer ribbon.

Transfer ribbon melted
