Assign a preference for the routes learned by OSPF. To do so, enter a number from 0 to 
255 in the Preference box.
The preference you specify applies to all OSPF interfaces on the SSR. The default value 
for route preference is 100.
8.
Set the cost for routes advertised through OSPF by entering a number from 0 to 65535 
in the Cost box.
9.
Specify the OSPF interface type by selecting the appropriate option (either Type 1 or 
Type 2) under Interface Type.
10. Click OK.
A Look at the Building Blocks of Routing Policies
Configuration Expert’s building blocks form the basis of the routing policies you create.
You will need to create building blocks depending upon your network environment, the 
routing operations you want the SSR to perform on that network, and the routing policies 
you wish to create. You can define the following types of building blocks and then create a 
routing policy by including one or more of these building blocks in the policy:
