A-B R epeat mod e allows you to defi ne a segment of an

audio track t o be pla yed repeat edly on a loop.

D uring music or v oice file playback, press the MODE
key briefl y to set the start point of the au dio segment

lo op. The screen will display "A-".

Press the MODE key b riefly again to set the end point
of the audio segmen t loo p. The screen will display

"A -B".

This a udio segment will now play repeatedly in a loop.

Press the MODE key b riefly again to resu me normal

playback.

IMPORTAN T: Make sure your player has a new battery
installed before up grading your fi rmware. Do not
disconnect yo ur player from the computer or oth erwise

interru pt th e u pgrade process -doing so could damage
you r pl ayer and render it inop erab le.

To upgrade your p layer's firmware:
1.Down load th e latest firmware for your player from

. Save th is file to the computer.

2.Connect you r player to the comput er.
3.Double-click the downloaded fi le*. In th e window

th at appears, double-click the file "s tupdate rapp.exe".
This will launch the firmware upd ate app lication .

4.A dia log box will appear. Click " OK".

5. The updater will comme nce search ing for your

connected player. W hen it has d etected yo ur player,

you will see the s creen below.
