Prepare the Producer for Use 
1. Install 
the 
carousel
2. Install 
the 
printer cover, or close the top access cover, as necessary.  
3. Close 
the 
front door
4. Connect 
the power cord to the power outlet. 
5.  Power on the Producer
Run diagnostic test 3 – calibrate lift home. Refer to the Operator Level Diagnostic Tests document available 
at

Tip: If, when running diagnostic test 3, the discs are rubbing on the carousel or are not being picked 
properly, align the lift arm to the carousel. Refer to the Align the Lift Arm to the Carousel document available 
at
