Enter the name and press Add.

Open the File Explorer Add/Delete tab in Favorites.  Press the Add… button. 

 

Either accept the suggested favorite name or enter your own.  The associated URL will be displayed 

below the favorite name.  Highlight an appropriate folder in Create in: and press Add.

affect rendering of pages.
