Ergodex Manager provides a way to manage multiple Users on the
same computer. Each User can have unique Profiles, Categories,

Creating New Users
When you install Ergodex Manger, a single User is created. You can
add additional Users by selecting “File > New > Users” from the
Ergodex Manager Menu. A unique User Name is required for each
User on your computer.

Switching the Active User
The currently active User Name is always displayed in the center of
the Ergodex Manger title bar. You can change the active User by
selecting “File > Change User” from the Ergodex Menu. Select from
the list of available Users and click “Select”. Ergodex Manager will
now use the Program Profiles and Macro Assignments from the User
you activate.

If you have more than one User in Ergodex Manager, one of the
Users will be set as the Default User. On startup (such as when you
start your computer) Ergodex Manager will activate the Default User.
You may set the currently active User to the Default User by
selecting “Actions > Users > Mark as Default” from the Ergodex
Manger Menu.
Note: There is an option available under “File > Preferences >
Profiles” that will allow Ergodex Manager to use the last active User
instead of the Default User on startup.
