Cut the power cable near the power source or battery.

Strip the cable jacket back 12-14 inches.

Slide heat shrink tubing over cable jacket.

Strip 1/4” of insulation from individual wires.

Twist the white and green (negative) wires together.

Twist the red and black (positive) wires together.

Twist the shield wire and slide the 1/8” heat shrink tubing
onto it.

vehicles.
