To change IMDCB.INI

Generate a default IMDCB.INI file:

If your 700 Series has an SDRAM card, use ActiveSync to delete
IMDCB.INI from the directory

client will not use your modified IMDCB.INI file after you copy it onto
the 700 Series.

On the desktop PC, open IMDCB.INI in a text editor, such as
Notepad.

Edit the parameters, as necessary. For help, see the previous table.

Save the changes to IMDCB.INI. Do not change the name of the .ini
file.

Virtual keyboard
Make the system tray button for the virtual
keyboard available.
To show the system tray button for the

Network timeout
Sets how long in seconds the dcBrowser
client will try to connect to the server before
prompting you with a connect or error
message that allows you to retry or cancel.
You can set the timeout from 1 to 180
seconds. The default value is 6 seconds.
