Remote Module Configuration
Setting SPID1 for U Interface
The first Service Profile Identifier (SPID1) needs to be configured for correct operation of the first Dial
Number (DN1) of your ISDN service.
A common SPID number will look like this: 333555123400
The general format is as follows: (area code) (7 digit DN1) (additional numbers)

SPID numbers cannot be longer than 15 digits.
Follow these steps to set the first SPID Number:
1.
From the Go Online menu, press NEXT to advance to the Set ISDN Parameters menu.
2.
From the Set ISDN Parameters menu, press OK to advance to the Set SPID1 menu.
3.
From the Set SPID1menu, press OK.
4.
Enter the number. If a previous SPID1 number was stored, the display shows that number.
5.
Press Drop/Redial to accept.

Setting DN1 (U interface) or MSN1(S/T interface)
DN1 (Directory Number)/MSN (Multiple Subscriber Number) is used for the B1 channel. If a previous DN/
MSN number was stored, it will appear. Enter the new number over the old one.
