You will see this screen if you forgot to install your Map
Loader card and have never downloaded maps from the
Internet. Follow the screen instructions to get a file list. Once
you have obtained the file list you will go back to step 2. For

You will reach this step if you do not have an Internet
connection and you have never activated a map before or
your activation key is corrupt. If you have never activated a
map please go to "Purchase Map Activation key" on page 8.
