Update LE_ARP
Response Policy
Updates the policy for handling LE_ARP requests for an ELAN: Respond or
Forward Request. The new response policy takes effect immediately. The
factory default value is “forward request”. See Table 50 for a description
of LE_ARP policies.

This is a global setting for all the clients in the specified ELAN.
