ONFIGURATION
Configure Header Text
Header text is the prompt information when the user has been linked to the router 
and is waiting for authentication or even the configuration interaction has begun.
Perform the following in the System View.
Configure Password 
for Changing User 
Level
For a user who has registered with lower level, he/she may have to change the 
user level if he/she wants to run some high-level operations. The he/she need to 
input a special password which is configured in advance.
