Using USB Flash Drive

Otherwise, select “No” by pressing the scroll button 

(W or X). 

To return to Standby mode, press Stop/Clear.

To restore the data:

Insert the USB flash drive. For details, see page 10.2.

Press Menu until “Machine Setup” appears on the top line 
of the display.

Press the scroll button (W or X) until you see “Import 
Setting” on the bottom line and press Enter. 

Select the data type you want to restore, either 
“Phonebook” or “All Settings” and press Enter.

Select the file you want to restore and press Enter.

The first available menu item, “Yes,” appears on the bottom 

line.

Press Enter to restore the backup file to the machine.

To return to Standby mode, press Stop/Clear.
